These classes are a process of unravelling the deepest layers of tension in your body + psyche... do NOT expect a "workout" or anything that looks like the cover of a yoga magazine. This is true yoga. DO expect to Gain ease, spinal flexibility, openness and inner joy... from your very first class. Focus on the most essential poses and practices for deep release and healing. Learn effective ways of releasing the core muscles through your pelvis and ribcage, that will give you true flexibility, from the inside out. New students with no previous experience are welcome and find the practice profoundly accessible, while, experienced yogis discover an authentic practice that takes them inward like no other yoga has before.

Prenatal Spinal Release Yogis
Yoga Therapy Class {not currently available}A hybrid between a private yoga therapy session and a class. Kaya and an assistant make sure you get extra attention and hands-on adjustments in the poses for maximum bliss - this is the spa yoga experience. Each class includes release poses for the whole spine, a lunge-like release without a lunge, hands-on adjustments, extra cozy propping, soft lighting, deep relaxation, silent pauses between the poses and individual attention. You will float home in your own personal yoga bubble.

about the yoga style...Deep Release Yoga is a restorative and inward oriented form of yoga. You are guided and supported through a thoughtful sequence of therapeutic poses that release of the tension in the muscles that attach to the spine. The result is a quieting of your mind and a rejuvenation of your whole body.
