This is a list of foods that are beneficial to all body types... of course, eat seasonally within this, and trust your own digestive strength and cravings (as long as you are balanced). Even more important that "what" you eat, is "when" and "how" you eat - try to eat on a regular routine, and minimize snacking between meals. Sit down comfortably and calmly to eat - never eat angry, upset or if not hungry.
