Hypermobility Recovery!
Understand and work with the hypermobile body-mind (yours or your students!)
"Kaya's trainings for teachers are beautifully designed - significantly layered for depth yet simple and clear, so the student becomes experienced and confident in the material offered. Her approach is ordered yet natural and generally excellent in all ways. Her presence is clear, deeply knowledgeable and she incorporates the principles of yoga in context and content." - Jen Rhoads, Yoga, Meditation and Gyrotonic Teacher
