Bhagavād Gīta Intro Class
for Yogis + Teachers

Welcome.

You are here because you are interested in wisdom, insight and life transformation beyond what is available through the physical practices of yoga poses and breathing practice. This is yoga in its truest form, designed for true seekers who want to live LIFE AS YOGA.
Learning through listening is the way this tradition was designed. The teachings of the Bhagavād Gīta have been passed from voice to ear for thousands of years... that we may come to live life dharmically and truly. I have put this introduction in to two parts, and included some handouts for ease of learning. Personally, I listen to these teachings again and again. I hope they serve you.
